I’ve been there. Fell in love with moving my body but didn’t know what was best for me so I just hammered all the time. Wanted to lift weights so just threw around a bunch of heavy shit. But I was craving more, I wanted to know the reason behind things, I wanted to feel and look better, to get faster and gain confidence.

Coaching and learning has become my passion, to be smarter, chasing a better level of fitness, striving to improve health, to become bulletproof.

Don’t you want to get faster, stronger, look great and keep up with your kids? And screw age, yeah it adds some nuance to the whole thing, but I love helping you discover the sweet spot of great nutrition, balanced training and better lifestyle habits to keep kicking ass no matter what!

Jess is a certified personal trainer with the NSCA, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 graduate, certified in Metabolic Flexibility with Dr. Mike T. Nelson, coached by Author and Nutritionist Georgie Fear, R.D., CSSD, and most recently has certified in Menopause for Athletes with Dr. Stacy Sims. She is constantly learning and striving for new information to stay up to date for herself and her clients, to help solve the sometimes complicated problems we as women can face when it comes to our training, diet and lifestyles.
