You’re not a fan of the crowded gym floor, maybe don’t know how to program strength training for yourself, find it motivating to workout alongside other people, are a little nervous to train without someone checking your form, like the idea of training on your own with a coach present. No more thinking or worrying you’re wasting your time!

✅ Progression made easy

You walk into the gym, greeted by your coach and teammates, ready to rock with a training program all laid out for you. Nursing an injury? Barely functioning? Hate barbells? The program is designed to be modified, give you autonomy over the day, and progress you to the next level. Each program runs for 5 weeks, enough time to see progress, be challenged, and become proficient in the exercises.

Yes, someone else programming for you, and having a coach around to help you out is great, but you mostly come for the camaraderie and support!

We’ve built a community of mom athletes, some dads, fit couples, all navigating their 40’s, with the same goals of improving their fitness & lifestyle.

Jess is a certified personal trainer with the NSCA, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 graduate, certified in Metabolic Flexibility with Dr. Mike T. Nelson, coached by Author and Nutritionist Georgie Fear, and most recently completed Menopause for Athletes, with Dr. Stacy Sims. She is constantly learning and striving for new information to stay up to date for herself and her clients, to help solve the sometimes complicated problems we as women can face when it comes to our training, diet and lifestyles.
